Watch in delight as more than 500 butterflies take to the sky during their release at the Conservation Garden Park’s, “Party in the Park” celebration. The event takes place on August 17th from 4-7pm. The first butterfly release into the main Garden Plaza occurs around 5:15 p.m. and the second at 6:30 p.m. The annual party is free and open to the public. It includes live music, food trucks, entertainment, a scavenger hunt and the opportunity to stroll the gardens to see hundreds of Utah-friendly, water-wise plants.
