In our latest summer feature, builder Jackson & Leroy execute a modern-meets-classic design. Creating a stunning focal point from the Highland home, a pair of identical pool houses flank a broad pergola at the back end of a dark, rectangular pool. One structure serves as a restroom and shower, and the other provides storage for pool items and equipment. Strong symmetry reinforces the setting’s compelling classic design.Â
The team at Establish Design decorated the indoor and outdoor areas, as well as the main home. Relaxed recliners and neutral materials dress the lounge spaces. Wicker furnishings add texture while contributing to an air of summertime ease. Beyond the seating areas, a luscious landscape designed by Sunline Landscapes provides privacy to sunbathers. Symmetrically placed trees and planter boxes echo the balanced theme of the entire home.
