The people have spoken! The Utah Valley Parade of Homes People’s Choice award winners were announced on Thursday, honoring the best of the best in home design. Visitors both in-person and online chose their favorite homes from this year’s Parade in eight categories, celebrating everything from clever landscape design to cozy master bedrooms. Here are some of the big winners:

Maison de Reve by Davies Design Build

Davies Design Build took home the biggest prize of the day: the platinum award in the favorite home category. Located in the small, scenic town of Woodland Hills, the Maison de Reve leaves quite the impression: at nearly 20,000 square feet, this traditional estate is fit for royalty. This home’s wow factor goes far beyond the sheer scale, though—from the grand entry staircase to the luxurious master suite, the interior details are just as stunning as the architecture.

The Alpine Swoop by E Builders

The Alpine Swoop won top three placements in six categories, including favorite home, and earned the top prize for its floor plan and interior design. Boasting aspacious open floor plan and a dreamy outdoor living space, including a pool house perfect for summer entertaining, this home meets casual comfort with elegant style.
